Passenger tips
First time on a motorbike?
Nothing complicated: here is how a ride works, from pick-up to drop-off.
Passenger tips
The ride, step by step
Before the ride
- Nothing to bring: airbag vest, Shoei Neotec 3 helmet with intercom, gloves, a jacket suited to the season and a leg apron are provided.
- Come in your usual clothes: the apron covers your legs, so your suit or dress arrives clean and dry.
- Luggage: up to cabin-bag size. Bulkier luggage is possible for a €20 supplement: mention it when booking.
- For a flight or a train, give us the number: it helps us set the pick-up time.
At pick-up
- Your driver waits for you at the pick-up address, at the scheduled time.
- You put on a new disposable hair cap under the helmet; hand sanitiser is available before you put on the gloves.
- Only get on when the driver tells you to, with the bike stopped.
During the ride
- Thanks to the helmet intercom, you can talk with the driver for the whole ride: tell him if anything bothers you.
- Keep your feet on the footrests until the bike has fully stopped.
- In bends, simply stay in line with the driver: no need to lean in or sit up.
- The Goldwing has a wide seat, a backrest and wind protection, and you can charge your phone during the ride.
At drop-off
- Wait for the bike to stop completely and for the driver's signal before getting off.
- You hand back the gear; the hair cap is thrown away after the ride and hand sanitiser is waiting for you.
- Payment by card or bank transfer, or online with the link received by email.
