Terms and conditions of sale

1. Prices

Prices are in euros including VAT and follow the price list published on the Prices & booking page: fixed fares for Paris, Orly, Roissy-CDG and La Défense; other trips €30 pick-up fee + €2.50 per kilometre, tolls, if any, extra.

Surcharges: night (10 pm – 6 am) +40%; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays +30%; they add up. Booking less than 2 hours before departure: +€20. Two motorbikes at the same time: 10% off the second one.

The calculator estimate is indicative. The final price is the one we confirm.

2. Booking

A booking request only binds both parties once we have confirmed it, by email or on WhatsApp, with the price.

3. Payment

Once confirmed, the customer can pay online by card (secure payment by Stripe), either a 30% deposit of the confirmed price, with the balance paid later online or on the day of the ride, or the full amount.

Payment by card or bank transfer is still possible. We never have access to the card number.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer less than 2 hours before departure: the full fare is charged.

Cancellation by the customer more than 2 hours before departure: any amounts paid are refunded in full to the card used, within 14 days.

Cancellation by Easy One Two Wheels: any amounts paid are refunded in full, within 14 days.

5. Gift card

Any amount from €20 to €2,000, paid online by card. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

To use it, simply give its code when booking. The amount is deducted from the fare.

If the ride costs less than the gift card, the remainder can be used until the expiry date. If it costs more, the difference is paid on top.
